The Sales Team
Chris Maddox joined the Red Ledges team early in the development stages of the community in 2009. Chris and his family recently purchased property in Red Ledges and live in the community full time. He and his wife Stefanie have 2 girls, Brooklyn (age 9) and Sofia (age 3), and a baby boy named Owen. They enjoy many of the outdoor recreational activities that Red Ledges offers, including golf, skiing, tennis, horseback riding, and hiking. Prior to working at Red Ledges, Chris served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Crystal Sands, a luxury beachfront development on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. His career also includes working as a sales executive with master planned resort-style communities in North Carolina, Maryland, and Belize.
Chris Beardsley has worked in real estate sales and marketing since 2000 and has been a member of the Red Ledges team since 2011. Licensed in five states, his experience includes sales executive positions with Sandstone American Ranch in Castle Rock, CO., The Crossing at Willow Bay in Sandpoint, Idaho, Skywater Over Horseshoe Bay in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, and Marabou in Steamboat Springs, CO. Chris grew up in Arizona, graduated from the University of Arizona and currently resides in the Heber Valley where he lives with his wife Haley.
Mike Wood was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. He has recently joined the Red Ledges team and his timing couldn’t be better. He is a graduate of Weber State University with a BS in Technical Sales and Marketing. His career in Sales and Marketing has made him a successful businessman and a great addition to our team. Mike resides in Fruit Heights, Utah with his wife Shana, three sons Devan, Ethan and Austin and two daughters Ashlee and Whitney. Mike enjoys golf, waterskiing, camping and the outdoors.
Mike and his family made the trek to the beautiful Park City/Heber City area in Utah, from the flatland of the talking mouse in Orlando, Florida. Team Tully includes Mike’s wife Kamil, son Bryce and daughter Sofia. The family enjoys the outdoors, road cycling, mountain biking, hiking, golf, skiing/snowboarding, and travel. Mike earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a Master’s Degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Prior to discovering Red Ledges, he held positions with the Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Orlando.
